When you reach the bridge, jump up along the geode wall to land on the supports under the bridge. Run along them for two pillars, then look down. Same with thrall way having to do a whole encounter before you can get there.Loot cave and the first moon mission you can just jump in. The Wishing Wall is located before the first encounter. Before you enter the door to start the first encounter, look to the left and you will see a small lake. Look for the green grassy patches against the cliff edges and follow them up. You will eventually make your way to a small room with a grid of circles against a wall.Killing 95% of all the enemies (not including nightmares either) with the weapon in question will level it up and/or extract the pattern.
