I wanted to run a python script with sbatch, however, it seems that the only way to run a python script with sbatch is to have a bash script that then run the python script. As in having batch_main.sh: #!/bin/bash #SBATCH --job-name=python_script arg=argument python python_batch_script.sh. then running: sbatch batch_main.sh.
